At MikaniX, we ensure you receive exactly what you ordered. If not, we’ve got you covered.

1. Eligibility for Replacement

  • Replacement requests are applicable only for defective, damaged, or wrong products delivered.

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

2. Mandatory Proof (Unboxing Video Required)

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory to process any replacement request.

  • The video should clearly show:

    • The sealed package before opening

    • The entire unboxing process without cuts

    • The defect or incorrect product received

3. Product Condition

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

4. Replacement Process

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

  • In case the same product is unavailable, an alternative or refund may be offered.

5. Important Notes

  • Requests without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

  • Claims made after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible.
