1. Eligibility for Replacement

Replacement requests are applicable only for defective, damaged, or wrong products delivered.

The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
2. Mandatory Proof (Unboxing Video Required)

A clear unboxing video is mandatory to process any replacement request.

The video should clearly show:

The sealed package before opening

The entire unboxing process without cuts

The defect or incorrect product received

3. Product Condition

The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
4. Replacement Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

In case the same product is unavailable, an alternative or refund may be offered.
5. Important Notes

Requests without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
