MikaniX Shipping Policy

At MikaniX, we know you're eager to get your premium motorcycle and car accessories. We strive to provide a fast and reliable shipping experience. This policy details how your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Processing: All orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) following order confirmation.

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times begin once the order has been shipped (not from the time the order was placed).

  • Standard Delivery (India): 5–7 business days.

  • Express Delivery (India): 2–4 business days.

  • Remote/Rural Areas: Please allow a few extra days for delivery to remote or hard-to-reach locations.

  • International Delivery: 10–15 business days (note: this does not include time spent in customs clearance).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Calculation: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, the package's weight, and the selected shipping speed.

  • Free Shipping: We often offer Free Shipping on orders above a promotional threshold. This will be clearly applied at the checkout page.

  • International Rates: International shipping charges, including duties and taxes (if any), will be clearly displayed before you finalize your purchase.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing your Tracking ID and the name of the courier partner.

  • You can monitor the status of your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website using the provided tracking number.

5. Delivery Issues and Delays

  • Unforeseen Delays: We aim for punctual delivery, but MikaniX is not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our direct control (e.g., courier logistical issues, extreme weather events, natural disasters, or customs inspection delays).

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your delivery information. MikaniX is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address details provided by the customer.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photographs of the damaged product and the original packaging so we can file a claim and resolve the issue immediately.

  • Lost Packages: In the rare event a package is confirmed lost by the courier, we will coordinate directly with our shipping partner to initiate an investigation and ensure a resolution (replacement or refund).
